Total Body Conditioning Home Workout Part 1
Some simple exercise using squats and lunges incorporating weights. The exercises are built into super sets. This is the first part of the originally 60 min training. You can however use it as a 30 min routine just add a warm up. In case if you are interested full programs similar to what is offered here, take a look at my other LBT classes.
