60 Minutes Yoga Vinyasa Back Bend and Hip Opening
Here you can find a series of Yoga Workouts. Anyone can perform this routine at home with minimum amount of equipment. This class is about hip opening and back bends at mid intensity. Among other postures you will find: side planks baddha konasanas, open leg rocker, fallen triangle pose, pigeon, open leg rocker, upavista konasana, wild thing, bow, bhekiasana. Like my classes in general, I close the session with a small meditation nadi shodana and kapalabathi.
