60 minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow Level 1/2 Serie 10
Among other asanas in the serie you will find: basic standing postures like uttanasana, triangles, warriors, parsva konasasanas, parsvottanasana and later on not in this order: malasana, lizard lunge, baby grasshopper, side twist, fallen triangle, finger lunge, baby ardha chandrasana, wild thing. Like always this class is also closing with a little meditation nadi shodana and kapalabathi.
