Twist and Bind Vinyasa Flow
Here you can find a series of Yoga Classes. Anyone can perform this routine at home with a minimum amount of equipment. Among other asanas in the class you will find: Utthita parsva konasa (extended side angle pose) and triangle pose with bind, skandasana (side lunge) Utthita hasta Padangustasana B Malasana, (squat pose with adductor stretch) titibasana, Prasaritta Padottanasana C. The postures are not coming in this sequential order. The target of the class was hip opening and shoulder opening. You can take this class as a preparatory class for the Bird of Paradise. The classes are always starting with pre-warm-up and sun salutations and always ending with a little meditation nadi shodana and kapalabathi.
