Set of videos explaining deeper about certain yoga asanas. Hip openings, back bends, standing postures, twists or core focus are equally possible to be selected. These are open level videos for everyone.

In this class, we are starting with standing postures focusing on balancing and twisting. Later on, we go toward mobilize the spine in different directions. We go into lateral flexions and backbends. The class is finishing with a short meditation.
